The PC has Internet Explorer 6 installed. I am using Maxthon 2.5.6 for everyday use. Other than Fences, I have no other Stardock software installed, and due to the restrictions, doubt I ever will. I tried to update Fences today after getting the notification that version 0.96 expired on Aug 31. After downloading version 0.99, the installer stops and says that Internet Explorer 7 MUST be installed. WHY does Fences require Internet Explorer 7? The major issue I have is that one of the computers I use this on is a work PC, and we cannot install Internet Explorer 7. I love fences and would be really disappointed if I could not continue using it.
