Windows XP Appearance Trouble Shooting in Windows XP WinCustomize Forums

Here's a screenshot of it----> also the scroll bar I have is classic mode no matter what skin--custom or not--i put on. I think I'm missing some reg files or something...I don't know. and if nobody can help me here, then may i ask that he or she reccomend to me a site where I can access some kind of help. thanks
