WinCustomize Forumshi to all once a program crashed my laptope. i am using normal pc now and i want to download litestep. but i am not sure if it safe. can u give some advice?

i downloaded the iskin for windowsblind. but in my pc the blue scrollbar on the right is replaced with a grey bar. how can i change it? thnx
