Help with Christmas Clock in DesktopX JoeUser Forums

I have a Christmas clock, which I downloaded last year. It will open up, but it won't work (as in tell correct time). Any ideas?

I'm so frustrated. I've just upgraded Object Desktop, and I've been signing on via Stardock. It says I have upgrades, but when I click on them it says to check the serial numbers (although it doesn't tell me how to do that). I cut and pasted (from the e-mail) the serial numbers when I installed the softwareAt this point, I can't really see what this upgrade is getting for me. I wanted to be able to download and use some of the neat Christmas themes
