SK B4 City Archers missing from second siege in the same turn

My city was attacked by two wandering groups in succession, no archer units for the second battle.

Was this bug ever fixed in LH?  It's an old old bug that dates back to War of Magic.

I also had two singleton darkling units occupy one tactical square, but it only happened once in a single battle over two games.... 

I remember both bugs from E:FE and FE:LH, but thought they were corrected in 1.7 or 1.8...

I must admit this one is a sore spot for me. I personally reported on it multiple times back in FE and LH days. It makes absolutely no sense for city defenders to disappear like that.

This is one of the outstanding legacy bugs that we're hunting down (the movement one from a few months ago was easier to track down).  Rest assured it's on our lists

Heh. If it helps, I managed to take garrison archers with me once. [e digicons]:blush:[/e]

They messed up my units list and counted like killed solder for "give art" action.

One was killed and another left an army in a couple of turns later.

Even I managed to reproduce it, but I am not sure:
1. have creature at garnison.

2. survive the siege.

3. make clicks on empty portraits using shift

4. get free archers.
