Why is it taking so long to process my order

from Stardock Forums

I placed my order for Object Desktop, Tweak 7 and Objectdock Plus v2 last Saturday. I was advised that it would take up to 2 working days to process the order. Well it's now another weekend and still when I log on it says I have no orders and strangely the shopping cart still says I have 3 items in it despite receiving an order confirming the order and giving me an order number 2171806.

Can someone from Stardock please look into this as I am getting concerned.

I purchased WindowBlinds on the 24th. By the 25th still nothing in my downloads/registration section in my account, no email confirmation so I emailed customer service. Haven't received any response yet via email or anything and my bank account was billed 2 days ago. Any help please?

First time using this site. I ordered the political machine 2012 and the purchase was made and it said It was in moderation or something, but I never got an email or anything, can someone check if my order went through?

You should be fine

You can access your registrations and download links by logging in with your Stardock account at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products or installing through Stardock Central (currently in beta but available at https://www.stardock.com/products/stardockcentral/ ).

Just renewed my OD subscription but on Windows 8 64 bit SDC doesn't show anything and no subscriptions.

You had four accounts tied to the same email.  All are merged and you should be great.

Yes it and Sins of a Solar Empire both show up but no Start8 :(
