Was a keycard supposed to come in the box with this game? I did not have one.

Or, is there a .pdf or some other keycard that I can print, other than doing screenshots of the Options/Key Bindings in the game?

Thanks for the info.  I bought the game and entrenchment as digital download the other night.  I was searching everywhere for this keycard in the manual.
