It is the 21st and I am trying to register the game (pre-ordered about a month ago). I have my order ID number and I try to put it into the spot to register the game so that I can download the beta, but it keeps telling me that it is invalid. Also when I click the Lookup Serial Number button it sends me the email but it does not list any serial numbers on it. What is going on here and how do I fix it?

Its 1247PM CDT here in Iowa and still I have no beta II email. I hate to wait for this stuff.

Sorry for the dumb question, but I'm on stardock central in the 'games' section and I've put in my serial # and have soase as my purchased products, it's registered and everything, but I can't seem to initiate the download.

Make sure 'show prerelease versions' is checked at the bottom.

I need to ask a question.

My non-internet gaming rig ,is not my internet/work rig. I want to digitally download the game , but i want to know if it is possible to burn the dl onto a Dvd so i can transfer it to my gaming rig

SDC's archive option can be used to make packages that can be taken to offline machines, along with a copy of the SDC installer, and installed there. You will need to make another trip back and forth to activate by email after installing, though.
