Beta 2 Download Question.

It is the 21st and I am trying to register the game (pre-ordered about a month ago). I have my order ID number and I try to put it into the spot to register the game so that I can download the beta, but it keeps telling me that it is invalid. Also when I click the Lookup Serial Number button it sends me the email but it does not list any serial numbers on it. What is going on here and how do I fix it?

So oyu guys know while it is the 21st the actual Beta 2 won't be released till morning most likely, the devs aren't crazy like us, they like their sleep.

You'll probably have to wait another 6 hours or so until the staff gets into the office to help you with the registration process.

For Beta1 , I recall getting an email with a serial number and then putting that into Stardock Central, and then in my purchased games Sins appeared ( like magic ).

When did you get the email for Beta 1? Did you get it the day you were downloading it, or did you get it when you preordered?

We got the mail the same day as it was released
dont worry, you will get it sometime today. They are sleepy right now (they shouldnt be )

Within 5-6hours we will know more

Stardock is in the US central time zone. The time is now 5:19am. And they start to come online around 8am..


3 more hours until we can bother the Stardockians for more info

well I am at work... sleep is for the weak... that is why once the multiplayer beta is out, I shall never be defeated!

I head home in 20 minutes, then maybe I'll sleep a little bit... and pop back online around noon, I doubt beta2 will be out before noon...

The Order ID is not a serial. You'll know when you get the real thing.

Yes, if you pre-ordered the game you will get an email once your pre-order has been charged with a serial number and more info. Until then, sit tight.
