Windows 19045.4780 and Start version is 2.1 today.

So this is on Windows 10 22H2 and that option even on Windows 10 doesn't show anymore.

So it wouldn't show on my Windows 11 for sure.

Start11 doesn't control the position of the taskbar on Windows 10. Windows 10 already supports the taskbar on the top, left, and right. Make sure the taskbar is not locked by right-clicking on the taskbar, then just drag the taskbar to the top.

On Windows 11, Start11 allows you to put the taskbar on the top.

Your right but I checked on my Windows 11 setup and it does not have the option to reposition Windows 11 with Start11.

Click to open "Taskbar position" and use the pull-down menu and select "Align Top."
