Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can not reproduce your issue. Refer screenshot below.

Would like to suggest, please try uninstall Start11, important to reboot immediately after uninstall finish. Download the latest Start11 version from your account product page (Start11 V1.47 beta). Install it, reboot again, retest and report back.
