If fences are locked (Rightclick on Desktop - View - Lock Fences) no fence will be created, if you draw a rectangle...

The only time I see (create fence here) upon right click is if I let my cursor move while right clicked. If you do not want a fence created, simply don't move the cursor while right clicking.

I can read fine. You failed to "clearly" relate that you used the right mouse button to "collectively" copy/move/send. As opposed to one at a time, when they are placed on the desktop in the first place.

@Hawaii96703.  There is a very simple solution that most software users have discovered.  If you don't like the software, don't use it.  If you were to politely suggest improvements, it's more likely someone would listen to you.  To demand that any software, new or old, be customized to your specific desires is absurd.

It's not big news that most of the forum members here are narrow-minded and lack technical skill. Also funny how you try to feed others false information, which I never said or "demanded"... clearly you're illiterate and incompetent. Absolutely nothing in my feature request was a demand! It's you and others who are incapable of seeing the benefit.

But, no. People like you need to force your simple technical skills upon other users, rather than seeing what the problem is and how something ought to work better and how it may increase productivity. It's simple people like yourself who just conforms with those without imagination or skills. There is a simple and common solution here... if you have no idea what you're talking about, you clearly do not, then shut the hell up. Had I mentioned at any point that I did not "like" the software? No. I provided a request for the software to work better also known as an improvement. Yet you're too simple minded to believe that what I posted was a feature request, which would be beneficial to myself and many others - moron. There are many other users here who had made the same request, going on for nearly over 7 years, and yet the option is still not available.

I'm not the only user who uses a desktop the way that I do, and most of these people aren't as vocal about it. 

Again, I can name several software companies who listen to their customers and see value in their customers experiences and how they use their software. They are very willing to improve their software to meet the customers needs. So why would that be? Probably because they use the software too, and they see the immediate value of a suggestion which would improve their workload and those of others. One of the great features about these companies is they have an active forum where developers work with the customer to implement features and troubleshoot bugs realtime. I will not name these software companies I'm referring to, since people like you don't deserve great software, excellent support, and great people who share great minds. People like yourselves, also the other previous posters, are nothing but immature.

Hello All

Ive recently purchased Fences and love it - it makes my desktop so clean HOWEVER - this dragging on the desktop and constant "create new fences" is driving me absolutely crazy. I am using Version 3.0.9.11 - Cant this be disabled?

Not sure if this is the best way to communicate with the devs/support by posting my query in this forum ?

Anyways, hope someone can assist.
