The Master Blacksmith improvement has been removed in an internal build (was redundant due to an earlier design change)
The FoW issue is one of our top priority issues. If anyone who has hit this can provide the following info:
1) what sovereign were you playing as?
2) can you post a link to your save game?
3) can you reproduce the issue consistently with a specific set of steps from a new game? (ex. play as this sovereign, do these actions/choose this skill/cast this spell, save game, reload)
Any of this info would help us narrow it down more quickly. Thanks!
