1) Missing defender- he IS in the encampment but you can’t see him

1a) Some empty encampments are empty. Not sure but IIRC Scot said this should not happen

2) Starting hero quest to summon horses did nothing. Scouted around .. no horses
3 Ban has no abilities?
4) Enchanted supplies only gave me +1 logistics, it says +3
