Anyone else not able to upgrade from the entertainment center to the stadium? I have a healing pool as well but it is not prompting to upgrade either. Bug or am I missing a requirement?
I was wondering about that too. Either they removed these techs from the Altarian tree, or it's a bug.
Its a bug, You should probably post a ticket. Things can get missed on the forum and this insures it's longed and tracked
