Ok, so I've been playing galactic civilizations III for a while now, and I have a concern about optimizing the code. I would like to know if and when it would happen, as right now the game tends to stutter at certain points, and fly through itself at others. This is a clear sign that the code isn't as optimized as it could be. Just a quick request, as I find that the game tends to change fps drastically depending on what I'm doing.

On another note, I just signed up for the forums, and apparently somebody stole my username. I've been using the same username for everything for about 9 to 10 years now, and this is only the second time I've run into a place that somehow already has that username. It's possible that they might have just had the same name, but honestly, what is the chance that someone else on the internet, has the exact same username as me, and just so happens to have come up with it themselves, after I've been using it almost a decade? Anyway, if you did come up with it yourself, and you are reading this, I ask you that you let me continue the use of my username, and I'm sorry for accusing you. If you didn't come up with it yourself, or you just started using it because you found my username somewhere and wanted to use it, then please feel free to fudge off, and stop using my name, it's not nice.
