As other's have noted it would help if some note on the research screen indicated the 'repeatable' nature of these fields
The tech description already says, that they can be researched continuously. The only exception is Refined Agriculture, which is missing that part in the description. Also, in the changelog for 1.20 it is noted, that the tooltip for those techs will state it now, too.
