Heh, yeah, as it currently stands, accuracy and dodge are fairly unbalanced mechanics; either some values are too high, or others too low. The 10% base chance of hit/dodge to all is a good idea; I thought they carried that over from WoM and the appearance of 138% chance to hit was a statistical anomaly which the combat engine disregarded.
Digression aside, acrobat as it stands is simply too powerful an ability; it completely nullifies the need to invest in any other dodge traits, giving you essentially 3 free trait points to spend as you desire.. I didn't purchase any further ranks in dodge when I first unlocked it, and in subsequent playthroughs I ignored them completely beyond the first level. And can you imagine just how tedious a fight with any opponent who has ranked in it would be?
It is an end-game ability, and should either recieve similar requirements as others of it's ilk, or be reduced to be more fitting to the part of the game it accessable; if I can get in within the first 30 turns of play, it's power should be reflective of that.
