Cyan, I just went through a similar issue with my copy of E:WOM. In my case, I had a retail boxed copy and Impulse had taken over the registering and installation of WOM. What happened with me was... when I registered WOM with Impulse, my account on Stardock Central was not automatically updated. So SD did not have any way of knowing that I owned WOM, nor did they have any way of checking for eligibility of a discounted FE.
If you go to "My Account" here on SD and click the "My Downloads" section, look to see if your E:WOM is registered here. If not, you'll need to contact Support and tell them your situation. They'll probably ask for your serial# at some point, but wait for them to ask you. Click on the Support link at the top of any page and find the "Official Help" column on the far right and locate the "Email us directly" paragraph for a link to their email address.
