first of all, this is a very fun game, I haven't bee so into a game since Europa Universalis 3 which gets a bit repetitive after conquering the world multiple times. I was almost deceived by the rating of gamespot/IGN and overlooked this game (this reminds me of Sword of Star 2, never release a game when it is not ready, better late than unfinished, except Duke Nukem Forever which simply should not exist)

now secondly, I am very looking forward to FE but seems not able to place order using my VISA. I am in Tokyo now and my credit card is international credit card, does Stardock accept this kind of credit card? Any other way to preorder the game from Japan?
