If you purchased with Paypal and you use a different email address there, the game may have been registered to that address. If that's the case, you can fix it by entering your Paypal email on the left and your impulse email on the right on this page.
If you used a credit card, if the billing information you entered differs from that on the card, the transaction may have been put on hold pending manual verification. If this has happened, no funds will have yet changed hands and there will only be a hold on your account. If you contact sales@stardock.com, they should be able to resolve this or any other issue that may have arisen with the order.
