"Error Download Verrifaication Checks failed - press resume to try again"

Happenend while:

1. Updating to newest patch

2. resume to try again

3. Uninstalling and Reinstalling

sitenotes:

- last installed patch before this problem was 1.09n

- before the first try and still now there is an odd download size of 1.89gigs

while the actual never changing size is/was 2.23

- i played since release updating with every patch, playing till first crash waiting till next patch

I am not sure what else i could do, any help would be appreciated
