Been down for a while now. It lets me on when I try Entrenchment, but not when I try Diplomacy. For this kind of crap to be happening, without any word of what's going on, on a holiday weekend where people have a few spare hours to play finally.......not impressed at the moment Ironclad/Stardock........not impressed at all.
At least communicate with your customer base about what's going on and how long your estimated fix is, or if there's an estimated fix at all. To do otherwise is really poor customer service and such things tend to bite you on the ass when you make appeals to the customer base later.
