Edit: Ah, they just updated in the chat... processing preorders now, but they say it could take up to 5-hours to run them all through.  There are apparently a crazy number preorders.

Pre-order processing should be completed within the next five hours. Apologies for the delay, but it's probably for the best - we have enough people flooding the servers anyway (the download speeds are excellent, but it'd be nice to keep it that way).

I am NOT a Beta tester and I HAVE received my e-mail charging me for the game and it has the serial number of the game included in it.  Plus I have downloaded 69% of the game.  I have ordered in mid-July.

I didn't get an email but my download is downloading.

It uninstalled elemental first for some reason. I don't really care about that as I have plenty of bandwidth each month.

I pre-ordered about a week ago and received a confirmation e-mail. Will I be able to download the game today? Should I wait to receive another e-mail or will the game just show up in Impulse? (I'm in the GMT +1 timezone btw)
