While I'm not the go to expert. Down load the files and back them up to an external drive or USB. This way you have the programs that you purchased. Your product key can always be obtained from your download list at Stardock. I assume that it would also be a good idea to check for updates before your annual sub runs out just to be sure you are indeed, up to date. Need to reformat, download those files and when they ask, insert the product key and all should be good

To answer the qustion in Community WinCustomize Forums

Okay, just to be clear. Yes, I deleted all my previous windowblinds. Why, it really doesn't matter. As I've always stated, skinning is a hobby and just because I haven't uploaded anything doesn't mean that I stopped making blinds. I have at least 15 completed on the shelf. I've decided to upload again but changing how I do things. I'll upload one a month and delete the previous one when I do. It just makes it easier on my end, keeps my blood pressure at
