I would like to see when other civs declare war with eachother, otherwise i have to check the treaty screen every turn

I was playing a medium map with the 25%luck bonus on. Very soon into the game i found a precursor ranger on earth, so i was thinkin this is cool. In the next year i discovered three more plus 15 corvettes. Now i figured i was screwed because i was going way into debt with the maintenance costs. Has anyone else tried the luck bonus?? was i just extremely lucky or does this happen all the time.
I like to give sell or trade a lot of war techs along with helpful trade goods to minor civs who are at war with the major ones, i wnat them to do more damage so i can prepare to attack, i even sometimes give them money or ships.
thanx for the info popup :D
the planet morale or is there some sort of specie morale rating?
do u use that often???
how do u play on that high of a level??? maybe its because im new but i lose the game when i play a large map with all the others on subnormal intelligence w/random alignment
yeah i know but i don't have enough pop to move around in the first place.
does propaganda help pop???
I noticed that at the end of every game the ai had a tax rate of 39% so now i do that. However, anytime i try to invade their planets, they have at least 9 billion while on my planets i have 2 or 3 billion, i even tried with the populists and researched as much pop tech as i could, i picked pop bonuses at the beginning and yet the computer still has two or three times my pop.
On a side note,LDiCesare i was looking at ur scores and noticed that you had no military conquests on a large or huge map, I am a new player and was wondering if it is to difficult or impossible to conquer the map or is it just easier to tech or culture win??
shouldn't it do some damage to the buildings as well, seuch as XX% of social projects desrtoyed. Also bombers might make it too easy to take the planets. All you would need is a few bombers and a couple strong ships to take out defense. The ai never builds a very strong base defense.
What is the maintanence for Sb's is it dependent on the number of mod's on it??
Hey Wazz, if you read the manula it tells you that at a certain point people stop declaring their taxes. Thats why taxes drop considerably at a certain point. It also tells you this at the end of year report when it tells you your population has increased by X billion.
Wait a minute, Alf did you say you have version 1.04????
anytime i build a morale booster, the planet morale goes to 100 and then begins to drop again.
That would be really cool. It might end up getting really complicated if you build a lot of starbases like i do. I like to have one per sector.
I agree but 4d wormholes is just a way of extending the tech tree to make it longer to get to the end of a tech victory.
Make sure you have a good military rating if you dont then the other races will always pick on you. (:(
Terror stars can destroy star systems. select one and click on an enemy star system. the terror star will travel there then.....poof no more star system Yeah i was wondering about creating planets i started a thread about that literally two minutes ago.
hey i though wou were supposed to press space bar if you wanted to go to the next ship with moves left
Do those techs actually do anything other than make a way to terror stars. I also think it would be cool if you could make planets for your people to live on (like in the description of artificial plantets where it says think Earth 2)
what about the military and social bonuses. Do those affect the whole civilization or only the sector??
how do you ally with another civilization? Does it have anything to do with the research alliances??
thanks a lot :D
