Why was this issue closed by the support team without fixing the problem? The ticket ID is RCQ-609-41462. The download button is missing from my download page. When and if Stardock issues any updates for WindowBlinds10 how will I acquire them without a suitable button?

OK, I see. I don't have any problem using the start menu, I merely wanted to bring the problem to the attention of Stardock. There is sufficient width to be able to determine what each entry is. It just that some of them are cut off. Thanks for the suggestion.
I'm sorry, but I don't see how setting up a new link to the admin tools will solve the problem of the right-hand panel width. Please explain your logic.
I have tried different themes. All of them exhibit the same problem, all of them except the Default theme. I was wrong in an earlier post where I said the problem doesn't occur in a virtual machine, it does occur there. Rebooting the VM causes the start menu to display the same reduced width right-hand side pane.
Yes, the screen is set to 1920x1080, its native resolution, and I have set the Use large Icons off in Start10. The problem is not with the left-hand side of the start menu, but the right. I don't understand what changes when I reboot the machine. The start menu is perfect up to the time I reboot. I do not have fast start enabled. Thanks for all your help, I appreciate it.
I am running at 100% dpi (recommended) with unchanged text sizes. I tried setting the dpi to 125% and then back to 100%; no change.
I am running Start10 and WindowBlinds10 under Windows 10 Pro x64 (1511 - 10586.164) and I have a problem with the width of the right-hand panel in the Start menu. Immediately after installation everything looks correct, but after a restart the width of the right-hand panel is reduced to about half of its normal size. For example: the line containing "Universal Applications" is reduced to "Universal Applica...". I have tried reinstalling but to no effect. This appears to happen
No, I bought WindowBlinds 10 as an upgrade to WindowBlinds 8. Previously I had bought Start10 as an upgrade to Start8 and both of those had download buttons. I have never had a subscription to OD.
I was trying to reinstall WindowBlinds 10 and went to my downloads page at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products and discovered that there was no download button. Is there some reason for this?
You do know that the Stardock offices are closed for the Christmas holidays? Read the banner at the top of the page.
Go into the Start10 configuration and select Style/Configure. Make the required changes.
Are you saying that the colour of the font in the Start10 Modern Style menu is determined by Windows and not Stardock? Bizarre.
If you will notice in the original post I said I was running Windows 10 Pro x64, not Windows 7.
I use the Modern Style menu for Start10 1.02 under Windows 10 Pro x64. Is there any way to specify the colour of the font used for the menu? I have certain pictures I would like to use as a menu background but they are very pale and the white of the menu get lost.
OK. I set the global animation speed back to 100% and adjusted the individual animation speeds. Now the Settings animation doesn't appear to be abbreviated any longer. I find the default animation speeds to be too fast, I can barely see what's happening. I have adjusted the open/close speeds for Windows to be 0.35 seconds and this seems to work, but I still find this to be a little fast.
I have set the global animation speed to 250% but left the individual animation speeds at the default.
The closing of the Settings app under Windows 10 is abbreviated. As the windows close the animation starts but then the window vanishes before the animation is complete. I am running WindowsFX 6. This seems to be happening with all Metro/Modern/Universal (whatever MS is calling them this week) apps, but I first noticed it on the Settings app. App opening seems to be OK.
I saw that Start10 1.01 had been moved out of Beta status. I downloaded the new Start10 1.01 and installed it over the Beta. But on the about page the product is still marked as Beta. Sorry about the double post, I got hit by the "Forum go boom" message and believed that the post had got lost.
Microsoft Edge does appear in Universal Applications.
Thanks. I only asked because the standard Windows 10 Start menu is handled by ShadowFX. And it would be nice if the Start10 menu could stand proud from the background.
I am running Start10 1.10 Beta with ShadowFX 1.11 and WindowFX 6.0 Beta, all under Windows 10 Pro x64. WindowFX operates successfully on the Start10 menu (Modern Style), but ShadowFX has no effect. Is this deliberate or do I have a problem? I wasn't sure where to post this, but the Start10 forum seemed a reasonable place.
Great! Thank you, downloading now.
I'm sorry but Start10 1.01 is not available to me. It just doesn't appear on that page. If it will help my order number was 3523146, dated the 11/07/2015.
