Yes, as a Canadian I am very glad to see that Sale and Pelletier got the medal they deserved. Let's hope that the judging in the ice dance is fair, and that all the skaters get the placings that they merit.

I know a lot of people who are just moving to Windows 2000 now. They want stability, but they don't want XP, and so they are choosing Win2K.

As a new member of the skinning community, I would like to see it continue to be inclusive, as opposed to exclusive. I don't know if I'll ever have the time or inclination to create my own skins, but I know I appreciate all the work that the skin creators put into the creation of their skins for others to use. I have felt very welcomed here at the Wincustomize site, and I would hate to see that change.

Thanks for putting this link on the front page. The linkware/shareware graphics community has been fighting copyright issues on the web for several years now, and they have put together many excellent resources for artists who want to protect their work. This is just one of the many valuable sites out there.

I am so sick of the XP look that I am delighted that WindowBlinds exists. The skin authors can do so much more with WindowBlinds. XP hasn't been out very long, but I am already tired of all the XP-looking skins and themes. Boring.

Artists who make 'linkware' graphics have dealt with very similar issues, and have created many web sites to help educate users. Maybe the skinning community could take their examples and create similar programs for this community. Thank goodness I'm not the only one who is sick of all this XP stuff! Ugghh. I'd really like to see more non-XP stuff, but that's what seems to be in 'vogue' right now. Hopefully this 'phase' will pass.
