I made an account too, and keeping up with the descriptions, it sounded promising. Too bad I found it pointless myself, so I quit :HOT:

Of course, at that point it's almost a . . . dockMy thoughts also, I guess if you don't like ObjectDock this would be good for you. If you don't like OD though, where are you located...I'll send a couple gorillas over there... Or you should try Sysmtetrix fro xymantix.com It's a great app and it shows the hard drive space, CPU usage and a lot more. It's also skinnable and you can find hundreds of great sysmetrix skins here on WC too.
      ;)
Actually, I have tried Opera, but just to the extent of installing it and trying it out. I think I should do it again. Well, these really are just parts of my opinion, because the gesture add-on was quite good for me ;)
As Philly said, there really isn't a stupid question, just stupid answers. [Nobody gave any here :D ] No, I don't think you can configure that you'll get emails for answers posted on your thread. Well' if there is a way, I don't know of it yet. :d
Sweet program. But what's with the girl looking longingly at the doofus next to her on the download page for the program? I don't get it.
Yeah, don't get it myself either  All my posts and articles are done by Live Writer too, and I've added a comment on it in a recent article myself. BTW, I had no problem using it here.
This is qui
2010 actually. I'll stick with XP, but I'm already ready to upgrade my PC, and the real case is that before Windows 7 does come out, I want to experience Vista. I've just complained about UAC and the resolution,, but I find it quite fast. I've still got the Ultimate CD, so I'll give it a try after the upgrade... :d
Fans of Internet Explorer 7 and Opera, bow down to the Browser Goddess, Firefox 3! Earlier this week, the first release candidate of the much improved Firefox 3 was released. I remember getting a notification about an available update after months of browsing on beta 5. At first I didn't quite read the RC 1 bit, so I assumed that the final version had been released. No, it's just a release candidate for the final version, which is
Oh yeah, just one kidney....
It's been a long day. I overslept, and woke up to find a lot of unread mail to be read, blog comments to be answered, and skins to be downloaded. My bad. I usually keep working on the PC till like 4 in the morning, which is why I'm unavailable all day. As I said, had a long tiring day sorting my mail and blogs, and going away for three hours over to my grandparent's place leaving important work undone didn't help matters. So I decided to make a list of 5 applica
Actually I was planning to write on Home Basic, but I left it out purposely because there wasn't much to write about it. Also, I read that article about ReadyBoost, and I think I'll have to choose between buying RAM and a flash drive. I think I'll buy a 2 gig drive for Vista and some RAM too. Thanks guys, you've been really helpful. :CONGRAT:
Woah....that's a useful feature!. Thanks SanChonino  So I guess this query's staying on JU alone.
Am trying to make a logon. First one, actually. Too ashamed to post a shot of it, though :P
Somehow, it's not loading. I mean it won't go further than 5 seconds. Tried twice. Is it available on YouTube? :NOTSURE:
I write my articles through Windows Live Writer, and I publish them on my JoeUser blog. I have a registered Stardock.net account, so is that why all my articles are automatically posted on WinCustomize forums too? Actually I registered with Stardock through WinCustomize somewhere in April. I read about JoeUser on WC, so I tried to make an account with the same username; but JoeUser told me that the username was unavailable. After seeing WC folk at JU, I followed my instinct and tried
So it's actually my RAM that's at fault right. And Gideon, I read the minimum specs for Vista Ultimate at Microsoft's website, and it says that for the other versions of Vista you should have at least 512 MB while you need 1 gig in the least for Ultimate. So I guess I should try the Home Premium or Business one, and I've made up my mind on upgrading my RAM too. :d
Same message that I wanted to pass through, that these companies DO NOT nag you to buy an upgrade. Anyone who has visited the ObjectDock page find a very helpful introduction. The only mention of OD+ is that it has the same features of OD plus a lot more. Not as if Stardock [or similar software companies] corner you with a rifle or something and force you to buy the upgrade. What I wanted to say was that people have the tendency to start criticizing the free products because of existin
I've got four whole browsers, and strangely, I use all of them. Ranked according to usage: 1. Apple Safari- my main browser, loads up pages faster :HOT: 2. IE7- Usually for Windows Updates or when I find Safari incompatible with web apps. ;P 3. Firefox- self explanatory fondness :D 4. Flock- for Facebook :d I used to have Opera too, but it didn't work out and I kind of uninstalled it :NOTSURE:
No problemo ;)
Oh man, I never thought I'd get so many replies. Thanks guys. And as some of you said, XP was also considered a hardware hog. SO I guess it was my first and last "Vista sux" thread. We'll have to see whether in 5-10 years we forget whether XP existed and become Vista lovers.
Yeah, I know. I need a PC makeover. Pixeleo runs off to a computer store.
Typo  I meant big...
