ChemKin, I enjoyed reading the links you posted. One thing the first link had me ask was: is this just a post-convention bounce for Bush? If you look at the polls before his convention, it is a virtual tie but then after the convention it has Bush leading or tied. Will the bounce fade or can Bush hold it? Remember in 2000 both parties enjoyed 10 point leads at one point after their respective conventions but the vote turned out to be virtually tied! (y

drmiler, maybe you didn't read the post too closely even though you quoted it, but the other polls show that with Nader in the race, it is still within the MARGIN OF ERROR. Meaning that even though Kerry is ahead by 1 or Bush by 1 as all but the Gallup poll states, statistically it is a tie. Polls also can be off once in awhile if some part of the polling was not normalized correctly (i.e. too many of one party compared to the actual voting makeup etc)
not findwaffles, sorry my bad.....it actually sent me to roadwaffles.com
I actually typed in "waffles" and clicked "I feel lucky" and it sent me to a comic strip also...sorry KarmaGirl.... it sent me here.... findwaffles.com
"The American Research Group poll also concluded that without Nader, Kerry is leading Bush nationally by 48% by 45% and with Nader by 46% to 45% with Nader at 3%. Among likely voters, it is Kerry 47%, Bush 47%, Nader 3%. The Harris national poll (Sept. 9-13) puts Kerry ahead 48% to 47% and the Pew poll (Sept. 11-14) puts Bush ahead 47% to 46%. In contrast, Gallup (Sept. 13-15) has Bush ahead 55% to 42%. It is not clear why Gallup is contradicting three
Texans for Microsoft Word is picking on Texans for Truth, a pro-Kerry organization....thus I picked on one group from each side....not exactly "showing my hand"... I will tell you that I have voted for both Dems and Repubs depending on who I believe would do a better job
BTW Shozan, I love both of the pics....they both got me to actually lol rather than just type lol......
You are basing your beliefs on unintelligent drivel (he has no soul?, Senator Ketchup?) and stereotype. Why don't use delve into the issues and the voting records and then explain why Bush is better? What has Kerry done that inspires such hatred in the left for you? Or are you just a TROLL spewing hate in an effort to rile people up?
My only wish is that the media would start reporting the issues that are important to America rather than Swift Boat Veterans Who Lie and Texans for Microsoft Word. Maybe then the candidates would use less mud and bile and more time discussing Health Care, Deficit Reduction, a Smarter more SENSITIVE (lol) war on terror, and bringing the intelligence community quickly into the 21st century. Oh....and.... Jimmy: le le let's jo join the cr crips.
With the new internal update, will the game now work with the Intel810E chipset (the drivers are fully updated)? I had the game but was getting the "failure to initialize display" error and Ubi's support told me that the game would never work on my computer (I did try the windowed mode, nointro, changing the values in the .ini file and v1.01upgrade -and combos of these- before returning it). Stardock support was very helpful but Ubi convinced me to gi
According to Rasmussen and Zogby, there were sampling errors in the Newsweek and Time polls that led for a much larger lead for Bush than would be expected by taking a normalized sample (i.e. too many Republicans were asked versus the general makeup of the voting population). It can be seen in today's (9/12/04) Newsweek poll where Bush's lead has "suddenly" been halved (more inline with other polls). And to you Mr. Cooley, I don't know where y
Lamont, where did you find the nocd.exe...I would like to try it and see if that is the issue with my game.
I am also having problems with this game (purchased at EBGames) and have received help from the people at Stardock (while Ubi support sent back my email saying that they could not accept the message at this time!?). While the game still doesn't work (I get the error message "Failure to initiate display" at the beginning ) , the support team is still trying to help me get the game to work. I want to take a moment in the middle of this forum thread to th
