25% total geek. I'm afraid my marriage ruined my geekish potential, though. I could still be playing RPGs and watch TV.

59.1716% Maybe I should get worried.

They really ought to add OD & GalCiv to increase the points some though

27.61341% - Total Geek

I feel pretty lucky! I'm on the low side of everybody else... :)

25%. I'm surprised it's that high. I think it's because I know all these AD&D terms even though I've never played (THAC0, GURPS).

A question that I think should have been asked:

You....
Know what a grue is.
Have ever been eaten by a grue.

Well I changed my mind and took it, only 20.51282% - Geek, after seeing the questions I expected ot be higher actually.

Cypher 42% Mrs. Pax 4% - mostly from things I inflicted on her. She cannot tolerate the following:
Star Wars
Monty Python
Video Games
Role Playing Games
Science Fiction
Fantasy
Using a computer for anything other than email

This explains a lot as to why I have so much trouble finding time to play games...

Oh, well...

Great link though.

58.1854% Extreme Geek... To the person above who got 59.XX% and said he was just 1% from the next level, what kind of geek are you if you didn't try adding some checks and rescoring to test that? I did so and 61% isn't a level above Extreme either ;)

My Geek Code (which I realized posting this was horribly out of date--still said I lived with my parents--and is freshly updated):
GE/CS d s+:++ a- C++++ L- W++ N++ w++>+++$ O- M-- PS+ PE Y+ PGP t+ 5+++>++++ X- R* tv++ b+ DI+++>++++ D--- G e*(++) h*(+) r%(---) !y+

Btw, one can "decode" Geek Codes at http://www.ebb.org/ungeek/

41% here, so only 1 point away from being the answer to the universe like CypherPax. :p It is actually a bit mixed having a wife who is also up there in the rankings (31%) in that sometimes have a bit of conflict over main computer/phone line. I do feel a bit cheated about the computer languages and think more should be mentioned. Considered checking Latin since know too many of the 'dead' puter languages (i.e. Fortran, PL/I, Cobol {at least wishing it were dead}, etc.)

Cypher,
I would not even ask my partner to take the test!
