You Did What to your Nipples?

So I was reading the dreaded Cosmo magazine and came across something I found interesting...

It's "Hollywood's Naughty Nip Trick"...and it goes a little something like this...celebrities have taken to using lip-plumping glosses (such as the Too Faced Lip Injection gloss, as pictured with the story) to create a nice case of THO before they go out on the red carpet.

According to the story, celebs do this because "headlights" ramp up the sex appeal, as they are an indicator of arousal.

Personally, I've tried to avoid THO when going out (yes, there are ways to remove the clear sign that it's a bit "nippy" out) just because it does seem so very sexual...I mean, who doesn't notice a set of nipples poking out of a harmless, asexual t-shirt? I just always considered it a bad thing to be prominently displaying my nips while browsing for Captain Crunch or filling up the (now gone, hahha) minivan.

So I'm curious what JU's take on this practice is...

(Guys and girls) Do you consider it sexy? (Girls) Would you do this, and if so, in what social situations would you consider it appropriate and alluring? (Guys) Would you be comfortable (or enticed?) with your woman going out like that?

Cosmetically enhanced headlights...a good thing or a bad thing?

I never really noticed it before... until my boyfriend pointed out when I was "brailin'" as he put it. After that, I saw an episode of Sex and the City where Samantha had rubber nipples to put in her shirt to attrackt guys.

I think I'll just let my nipples speak for themselves...

I wouldn't do it. Who cares if your nipples are hard or not. Why should guys care? I guess it's all of that testostrone. hehe.

well......it happens to me pretty regularly. I used to have piercings, which gave me semi-THO's all the damn time, but I took them out....

Now, would I do it to attract attention? Nah. The piercings were more about pleasure than attention.

Hmm nipples? Where? LOL I don't really know what to think about the ol' THO, it's fun to look at I guess...but it's not a fetish for me.

"brailin'"

Hahhaha...that's a nice one there...

Great way to look at it...let them do as they wish...hehe

I'm still undecided...the idea has its uses...I think guys find it hot primarily because it (to them anyways...I can't tell you how many times my husband's assumed I was rarin' to go when actually it was just chilly in the house, hahaha)signals to them that you're horny...and it draws attention to the breasts. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Shovelheat:
Oh, you know me! I'm all about it girl! Let those lights shine on...

No doubt...hahaha...I would have been surprised to receive any other response from you...hehehe

I think some women experience it a lot more often than others.

Interesting...I've never met a woman who had nipple piercings...I find it intriguing, but I don't know that it's something I would do myself.

I think that's the key thing, really...the celebs are doing it as an intentional attention getter...and I don't know (although I may be surprised) that many "normal" women would be that intentional about it.

Hahhahhaaa.... (o)(o) (there ya go)

I don't really know what to think about the ol' THO, it's fun to look at I guess...but it's not a fetish for me.

Hmmm...so, how would you feel about your girlfriend using a product to make her nipples stand out before you guys went out somewhere?

If you're going to get it done, you should get them both done at the same time. If you don't the pain of the first one will stop you from wanting to get the second one at a later date. It hurts. That's the worst pain I've ever got from a piercing, and I've had some pretty sensitive places pierced . Once it's done, it's fine....but damn, getting it done sucked.

Huh... my friend said her cartilage hurt worse than her nipple... of course she has one more piercing that apparently hurt really bad, but I won't go there since this article is about nipples...

You know, I never considered that people might get one done and then the other done later...good tip, though.

Wow...well, having breastfed I can imagine...and any woman who's breastfed knows exactly what I'm talking about...yeouch!

Hahhahahahaa...seems to be that piercings in certain spots would tend to get...um..caught...and stuff...sounds very painful...

Okay, I'm wondering what "THO" stands for... "Turn Headlights On"? "Totally Hot bOobs"? "Twist Heads Off"?

Anyway, having the high beams on is nice, IF they're on a reasonably attractive set of mammaries. Then it's an added attraction. But there's nothing worse than seeing someone who's got their boobs tucked under their belly roll showing off nipply action. Eeeuh.

( Somethings never change department.) I remember back in highscool...wat? We guys would all kick each other in the scrotum just before goin to the dance so that we'd 'bulge out' and be noticed by the smart , college-bound type girls that we all prized so highly back then. While we got the desired effect... the pained look on our faces cancelled out any in-roads we made with the beautiful and intellegent lovelies, who wouldn't tolerate un-happiness in any man.
Pierce Bronson in the spy thriller "Put It This Way", put it this way, " I don't know who or how it got started, but I'm glad it's over" Amen, men? I never graduated from high school,,and though I know I could, I have too many painful mammaries to want to continue this thread. Just for the record, I did graduate from an Ivy League college and have been happily married to the dean of the law school at a prominent womens college (LSMFT) in Massachussetts for the last 20 years. I also have a blood link to Franklin Pierce, if that helps my point at all. Thank you.

Well yeah, guys look at it and get turned on by them. They just dont get that sometimes they're like that because it's cold heh.

I wouldnt do anything to mine. When it happens and we're out somewhere i'm like gosh, not now dammit! lol And just cross my arms or something. D used to whisper a little'so you wanna go home now' with a stupid grin and i'd just kick him under the table and do a read-my-lips shut up, hehe. Good times...

This happened one time when the b/f and I were playing a card game...he told me later that night that it distracted him...lol...I was like, "wow, can't believe the powers they behold..." lol...no wonder he was babbling and staring south for a few moments.lol. I don't think much about mine...there is not a whole lot there in the first place...when they do their thing...well, they do their thing

Cita, THO - Titty Hard On.

Tex,

You asked a question, and I will answer it. Yes, it is very sexy.  I dont know if it is right or not, but I guess it has something to do with animal instincts.  Men are naturally attracted to THOs.  Maybe subconsciously we see that as a sign the woman is in heat (like I said - animal instinct).

All I know is they always get a double take from me.

signals to them that you're horny

I guess all guys can think of when they see that or rather another part of you they automatically think that you are horny. hehe.

That is just projecting male thoughts onto the female of the species!

I've heard about the hollywood women doing that to their breasts. There was a report about Jennifer Lopez having one person in her sea of people who does only that - tweak her nipples!

While I love my breasts and love getting them attended to....only by my other half! It's hard for men to resist looking only at your chest when they're standing to attention so to speak. I can tell when that's happening to me, I get way too much attention. It's uncomfortable when that happens cause I'm at work. And that's because our building is always so cold. So I resort to always have a jacket or a sweater on no matter what. Takes care of that problem right away!

THO is only sexy when you're getting busy with whomever you please. Not in any social situation, unless you're in some contest and that would increase your chance at winning - let's face it, they are distracting! Cosmetically enhanced headlights? Hey, if that's what floats your boat, go for it! Just be prepared to roll with it and face anything grabbing at ya!

This is funny because I was at the mall and saw bras designed to do exactly the opposite.  They had some sort of nipple shield in them to prevent view of THO.

There are pictures of this on the internet. I'd send a link, but it's not something I want to be looking for right now.

Cosmetically enhanced? Only if they're inverted.

I have always been fond of asking if it's thanksgiving already. If they say why i say, "Cuz it looks like both the turkeys are done!

I usually get smacked around immediately after, but it's worth it!

innies vs outies?  That I got to see!  Must be tough on the baby tho!

I'm a big fan of THOs and a fan of breasts in general. I try not to question my liking for breasts too much because whe you get right down to it is there isn't much to them, but somehow the male brain just never tires of them. There is a Blood Hound Gang album title that says it all "Hooray for Boobies!". Incidently I posted a new article for the first time ages.

Breasts are for women, not chickens! I agree with Helix....boing!
