Cannot Upload update

from JoeUser Forums
My account shows AccessID=3 (I should be 4-Master Apprentice)
And User Level 4 (I should be 5-Current ObjectDesktop and WinCustomize Subscription.)

The only reason I am mentioning this is because I cannot update my skins and thought one of these might be preventing it.

A new submission went through on the 3rd try. I tried to link to my gallery in the description and the site threw up, saying it was a dangerous cross script.

Any help?

I did manage to get a Progress Animation to upload yesterday. It was a new submission, not an update. Today it is just gone. Not pending, not in the library, just nothing.

Isn't this fun!!!

Well don't know if this will help, but here goes. At the right top of the page, you see a tab call my skins.If you click on it you will see your skins. again at the right top there is a tab that says submit a skin.I use that for now and it works fine for me. hope this helped

Also , skins sitting in moderation are viewed vis the drop down list. They dont show in your "my skins" list anymore.

Yes, I know. It was in the dropdown list yesterday (pending 1), but it's gone today. I did a library search and found it. It has no rating so that's probably why it doesn't show.

I have been trying to just update some preview pics and my submissions have been gone for over a week
Two show as "In processing" AND in their normal category, the other two don't show at all.

Still no progress.
I know it is a known site issue, but it would be nice to know if I needed to re- submit or just stand by

Perhaps this might be causing some of my problems:

On personal web site:
UserID: 1137
AccessID: (3)
User Level: 4

On Wincustomize site:
UserID: 1137
AccessID: (3)
User Level: Subscriber (5)


If anyone else that is having problems uploading would check for a mismatch, it might narrow down the issue.

I think that it is a general problem, I still can't upload or update anything!

One of the problems is that if you are entering any HTML the form didn't like it because htmlvalidation (an asp.net thing) was turned on  by default.  I have turned it off so that error should be gone.

Now I am beginning to look into the reason why uploads are getting stuck in the In Processing status.  I don't think any of the issues are access related.

Thanx T-Man, keep up the good work on the site in general!!!
With so many people having trouble it would be great if someone could post a list of items in the queue, or some other way of communicating upload status. Myself for instance, I don't know if preview pics will be updated, or if I need to re-upload the files, descriptions, and preview pics. It would cause alot of extra traffic if everyone kept on uploading needlessly.

I don't think my upload is actually stuck in the In Processing status. It appears to have been approved but has no rating so it's invisible. It is not listed in the Progress Animations library but a search on "JWood" brings it up. All the stars are greyed out, so I assume it has no rating, thus making it "invisible". A search on "jebland" does not bring it up.

It is not anywhere in "My Skins"

I am sorry to be so much trouble, but I was just hoping I could gather enough info to help pin down the problem.

I am at work today, so I will try again on the uploads tomorrow.
