ObjectBar will do what you want it too.

You might want to look at the object bar library and see what you like and then pick the windowblinds that match. No many authors are making object bars anymore so ya might have to settle for some older blinds or miss matched sets.

ObjectBar comes with a theme skin called WindowsXP, one of the styles available is "Use Windowblinds Skin" ....not perfect, but it works pretty good

I know this is off topic but this is the first time in a long time that I've heard that someone had ME still. Most people left ME not too long after trying it. I guess all I have to say is "More power to you" if you haven't had problems with it.

On topic: I don't know what would run on it, sorry. Try what they said above.

And, ME does suck, and i have had problems wit it. In fact, i just had it reapaired for probly the 5th+ time. It has never worked rite, and i should be getting a dell soon with XP soon.

I got the free trial version of objectbar and i really like it a lot. I have a question tho...

Thanks for the info. However, i am experiencing a problem with my computer (surprise, surprise > ). The problem is that when i try to open windows media player, a window always opens call Second Thought Instalation, it says its a browser enhancer, i just close it each time. What is this, and how can i fix it???

It'll be spyware....you'll need to locate a suitable remover and delete it...

I figured it was spyware, and i have adaware, which is great, and i have already ran a few tests today, and quarantined an deleted the items, but it still happens. But Thanks AGAIN for the helpful info guys.

Can someone plzz walk me through the removal process manually in greater detail, because i cant get any free adware removal tool to remove it, and im completely lost in the manual removal...

The manual approach would be checking to see if there is a remove option in your "add and remove programs", if there is, then you would have to find the folder where the program installed itself and delete anything that is left. After that, you would have to go into your registry and find anything that is part of that program and delete the entries. I wouldn't suggest you to start messing with your registry.

Ad-Aware 6 SE (Free)
Search and Destroy (Free)
Either one of these would fix your problem, you should however run both of them. One after another to make sure your system is completely clean.

I can download the programs, but many u have to pay for, and my adaware is not catching it.

I have also tried some methods to manually remove it, but some of the files ppl are talking about dont seem to exist on my computer.

Not all 'file infections' are found in each attack.

If you have a list of files to remove and you don't have some of them....don't worry....just means the infection hadn't spread.....yet.

Systematic removal can be such a pain....and considering the prevalence of spyware, etc....it's a worthwhile purchase to buy a 'good' proggy and save hours of grief...and potential disaster.

I had to do it to remove one particular problem one...and am glad I did...

This program blocks most of the programs like that from accessing the net. I run it all the time to stop alot of crap from coming in and going out

Ok, my comp has been free of this for a couple weeks now (adaware finally caught it) and i was wondering if Object Bar possible was the cause of the Second Thought? Does any one have any info on this?

No, Object Bar was not the cause...It was probably a Porn or Warez site.
