Creating a Ship 101

I need a helpful guide to making a new ship using GalCiv's Ship Encoder, and Dark Rain's Ship Rotator. Thanks.

using the encoder is confusing and i still haven't gotten a ship in there but maybe this will help you.

the ship rotator seemed simple enough to use. just enter in the image you want rotated, hit rotate, and then save the film strip as a tga file.
