I suspect that she has a net trojan. In which case, I would run spybot search and destroy as well as a full system virus scan. You can get Spybot for free here. It is reputably the best on the net for squashing those nasty little buggers. http://www.safer-networking.org/

So do I, Chas.....but it got a bit ''messy'' there for a while....deleted one thread....and 2 other posts which between them made up about 200 separate entries.

Hopefully she can get it resolved and we can enjoy her company....
