Different licenses

I seem to remember a time when there was an Objectdock license where a person could have a copy on each of their machines.

I have a desktop, laptop, and a mac running windows under parallels. In addition I'm in the process of configuring a new desktop machine which will replace my current desktop.

Obviously (I think) I'm only using one machine at a time. but I run into trouble, I think, if the laptop is left on but I'm using the desktop.

Can someone tell me please about licenses?

The current version 3 allows up to 5 active installs with the same license.

First, I seem to have two licenses: one renewed in June and the second is about to renew. What software is included with an objectdock license? I ask because Fences yelled at me and could not be installed until I uninstalled it from my old desktop.

I think you must be referring to Object Desktop, not ObjectDock. Object Desktop is a yearly subscription and includes 5 active installs of software titles included.

So, ok, it must be objectdesktop. Regardless it doesn't seem to like me having it on multiple machines.

I can provide licenses but clearly not in the forum

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account/license issue, it is best to raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
