Specific Icons for Windows XP

I am looking for a few cool icons for my Windows XP Installation. The nicest ones I think would be icons that are very similar to the Mac OS-X icons. I found one pack on this site, but it did not include the icons I need. Below is a list of the programs that I would like. Does anyone know where I can find them?
Photoshop 7
Illustrator 10
Dreamweaver MX
Microsoft Word, Excell, Powerpoint
CuteFTP
Acrobat
mIRC

and if possible the standard icons suck as my pictures and all...

Did you look in Object Dock? There are a lot of really neat icons in there. I would think they would work for what you want them for.

I agree... even tho u might be thinking "why object dock?".

A lot of people created icons for OD that are high quality. Hopefully, the ones you need are in the .ico format. Most are in both .png and .ico.
