Unable to load into game from the Epic Launcher

I have tried the fixes that have been said before but am still unable to get past the first loading screen before my game crashes. Any help to make it so I am able to play would be very helpful.

Processor- AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gtz 2.10 GHz Type- 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor If there is anything else you need just let me know.
