Subscriptions

I recently renewed old subscriptions to Wincustomize - on the 13th - and Object Desktop - on the 15th - through an outfit called Fastspring. Though the money was paid - and I have the proof; I paid via PayPal - my subscriptions haven't been renewed and neither Fastspring nor Stardock seem to want to talk to me. Is something going on I should know about?

Don't submit a second ticket or it goes back to the end of the line .

What was the SSN # of your first ticket and I'll have it checked ??

I opened another ticket at your suggestion.

I never got a confirmation email for the last ticket, nor for the later one.

I posted here in case someone else is having similar issues, and frankly, I'm getting tired of all this rigmarole that I shouldn't have to go through.

If the issue isn't fixed by tomorrow I'll just instruct PayPal to withdraw the payments and refund me.
