After a new update game don't start. Yes, I have all new drivers and all that kind of stuff. Is there a log file where I could look whats wrong.

What do you mean by "doesn't start"? Does the game not start at all or does it crash?

When I push a play button (in steam) windows ask is it allow to made any changes. After that it take second or two and then the game returns to launcher
I just made a total reinstall and nothing changes. It works fine earlier ( I have played it about 1660 hours, said steam).
