Hi
My problem its diferent.

The game starts perfect, I can see the intro but once in the menu there is no text, I attach a photo.
anyone have any ideas ???

 
reinstall twice and nothing.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

I believe a 3rd party program might be blocking the game from seeing some files. Have you tried whitelisting GC3 with any anti-virus software you might have running? Or set the game to run as administrator.

I have disabled antivirus before installing it again. I have even changed folders and it persists.
First I installed it on a second disk and it gave me a critical error now installing it in c:/ it runs fine but text is missing .....

Do you have Galactic Civilizations III installed in a folder with a non-ASCII directory path?

Such as

C:\Новая папка\GalacticCivilizations3\...

or: F:\укпвкп\steamapps\common\Galactic Civilizations III\...

or: C:\Новая папка\GalacticCivilizations3\...

If so this can be resolved by installing to directory with ASCII characters.

Go to this folder, you might need to make hidden files and folders visible in order to see it.

C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Galactic Civilizations III

And delete these files in it
K2FontData_Small.fontdata
K2FontTexture_Small.dds

Also, in the folder for Retribution if you have it.

 Nothing, the problem persists.
I only have one folder inside stardock, it's Tachyon, I still delete the whole folder and nothing.
The most curious thing is that the desktop shortcut icon does not let me run it as admin.
 I have to access where the game is installed and run it as admin from there, it is very curious.

 
Thanks for the help, I will have no choice but to format the pc and test in case any virus or other file is interfering.

The problem is that folder, and more importantly the files it would contain, wasn't created. Formatting is a tad extreme, I suggest disabling your anti-virus for a while, restart your PC, run GC3 and check if the text is showing. Then turn on your anti-virus.

Try this, go to your 'Windows Defender Settings' --> 'Virus and threat protection --> Ransomware protection --> Turn off 'Controlled folder access'. Then run the game.

Basically that option is not available because I use the avast antivirus and windows defender 
already transfers rights to that application with what it tells me that this option is disabled because 
another antivirus does this task.
avast is disabled since I installed the game yesterday

При первой установке На диск без виндовс был черный экран и игра вылетала. Установил на С -НЕТ БУКВ)НАдеюсь.Победим. Успеха)

That is not the default intall location for either Steam or Epic. Please uninstall from there and allow for the game to be installed in it default location.

avast is disabled since I installed the game yesterday

If uninstalling Avast it what it takes to have access to that option, it is what we would like to try.  Avast can be reinstalled after if you like but we need to ensure that the test can be performed - that you have access to Windows Controlled Folder Access and can disable it.

The game has been installed from epic, let it be installed in a predefined folder, 
I went to stardock and deleted these files and it works
