I have no idea why the memes that use this tend to crack me up the most but they do.
I actually never quite understood the lady screaming at the cat. What is it supposed to convey?
The screaming lady represents an obnoxiously vocal/opinionated person, while the cat represents an average joe just trying to peacefully go about their everyday life who ended up getting berated for some innocuous thing, and the juxtaposition is usually really funny.
This is one of my favorites because I find it entirely too relatable, lol.
