Extra Techs show when Research is unlocked

Every time I complete a research I have these to extra lines showing for Engineer Ship an Supply Ship.

However, I can't build these yet. I take it that this is a bug?

Those might be your free techs that might come with your species.

You should be able to build supply ships (send production to planets from shipyards), ignore Engineering ships, those are disabled, idea that didn't make sense I suspect.
