Multiplayer Client Promotion

Hey, I just started getting a few of my gaming group into Offworld Trading Company and a few more have expressed interest but are hesitant to buy the game. I'd just gotten two more into it through the Free multiplayer client and had hoped to pull more people into the game however the promotion seems to have ended last night without any announcement.

Is there any way to get access to the Multiplayer Client version of the game as of now or is it as it appears and the promotion of the online only game has ended?

I've been looking for the free multy client, is that no longer a thing then?

My friend told me to download it but I can't find it anywhere.

You can only get it via an e-mail link... and after posting this I was able to talk another friend through sending that link to yet another friend. Getting the link though seems to be either limited or unstable, but as you can see I didn't get any clear responses which is a shame because I love the game.
