Planets, ships, stations disappear

Planets, ships, stations disappear after they relinquish control of everything for another faction... except the home world.

Hey guys, I have an issue of late. Like I said in the titles that disappear after a "beaten" foe surrenders or leave control over to another faction. And not just like gone but the planets are like they NEVER existed. But only colonized planets the other are still there...

A recent change (3.95 maybe?) made an AI that surrenders destroy all their planets except their home system. You can change that in the game options, or turn AI surrendering off entirely.
