Yes but if you can turn it down in the WB config. I wish you could adjust the explorer background in 10.

Al, change the font size on the clock text in SKS and it'll go to 2 items and fit the taskbar.

I just tried as you said. It brought it inside the taskbar but made it real small still with 3 rows.
