A few suggestions on the Govern civilizations screen

On the colonies tab on the Govern civilization screen , would be great if you could jump to the planet that is currently highlighted straight to it on the map (or maybe you can and I don't know how to?). 

Also would be very helpful if as well as social construction there was a ship construction column. As there is not a easy way to find what planets have the best ship construction values.
