Bug: Strange Clues mission cannot be completed

If you end up doing the Free Trandals stuff out of order, the 'Strange Clues' mission to investigate Beta Llvoren never clears.

I didn't initially see the Alpha Naviculuum 3 message, so I investigated that beacon AFTER I met the free Trandals. It gave me a mission to go to Beta Llvoren, presumably to talk to them, but the mission won't clear now.

Same, it's mildly annoying that it's sitting up there, primarily because of all this green, and that one thing suggesting I'm not done. Maybe it can be modified to clear if we talk to a Free Trandal again?
