Treaties Still Bugged?

I saw some old posts that we're saying free trade agreements, research agreements, and culture agreements were bugged. Does anyone know if this has been fixed? I think the way it is supposed to work is the civilization offering the agreement on the trade screen does NOT get the bonus, correct? Only the civilization receiving the agreement in the trade screen will receive the bonus, right?

Also, if both civilizations have close enough relations and both have the requisite technology, is it possible for both civilizations to offer / receive the agreement and asociated benefit from the trade screen? I believe this is how the culture, economic, and science alliances work in Civ 6; i.e. both sides need to agree to enter into the alliance relationship and the trade screen reflects an agreement on both sides of the table. If this is not how things work in GalCiv3, I hope the developers can take a page from the Civ6 book, because I think alliances in Civ6 are fairly well implimented.

Still borked. Alliance just locks you in friendly relations. And all the others are 1 way, reciver only. Military Alliance just increased ship production.

IF you and the ai have the same treaty or alliance you can both recive it by getting the AI to give it to you while you give it to them, BUT it will cost you ALOT. (around 2k credits + modifiers)

There is good news. This is on Frogboys todo list.....but.......after Star Control's launch.........in September.......and whos to say its at the topo of the list? SO might get a fix for this, this year or next.... 8O

Oh and it will probably be part of some bigger expansion pack which means you will be paying for it.
